چکیده | ||
هدف این مطالعه تعیین روابط ساختاری سیستمسازی، همدلی شناختی و همدلی عاطفی/ هیجانی با پنجگانه تاریک شخصیت بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی مبتنی بر روابط ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 که حدود 24 هزار دانشجو بود. بر اساس نظر کلاین (2023) 415 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای (بر اساس دانشکدهها) انتخاب شد و با استفاده از مقیاس صفات پنجگانه تاریک شخصیت (یوسفی، احمدی و میرزا زاده، 1400)، فرم کوتاه مقیاس بهره سیستمسازی (واکابایاشی و همکاران، 2006) و مقیاس همدلی پایه (جولیف و فارینگتون، 2006) متغیّرهای پژوهش اندازهگیری شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل ساختاری سیستمسازی، همدلی شناختی و همدلی عاطفی/ هیجانی با پنجگانه تاریک از برازش مناسب برخوردار است (CFI = 0/90, NFI = 0/90, RMSEA = 0/05). همدلی شناختی بر ماکیاولیسم و خودشیفتگی اثر مثبت و معنیدار و بر کینه توزی و جامعهستیزی اثر منفی و معنیدار دارد (0/05>p). همدلی عاطفی اثر منفی و معنیدار بر ماکیاولیسم، جامعهستیزی، دیگرآزاری و کینهتوزی دارد (0/05>p). همچنین سیستمسازی اثر منفی و معنیدار بر خودشیفتگی و دیگرآزاری و اثر مثبت و معنیدار بر جامعهستیزی دارد (0/05>p). نتایج نشان داد سبک همدلی در تعیین و شکلگیری صفات تاریک شخصیت نقش موثر دارد لذا در مداخلات روانشناختی میتوان با تمرکز بر تغییر مولفههای همدلی در صفات تاریک شخصیت تغییرات قابل توجه ایجاد کرد. | ||
