چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی روابط ساختاری خشم و تصمیمگیری اخلاقی با میانجیگری همدلی و بازداری رفتاری انجام شد. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی افراد بزرگسال شهر تبریز در سال 1403 بودند که از میان آنها، نمونهای به حجم 286 نفر به شیوه دردسترس انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از نسخه تجدیدنظر شده تکلیف تصمیمگیری اخلاقی روزمره (روزن و همکاران، 2015)، خرده مقیاس رگه خشم پرسشنامه حالت- رگه خشم (اسپیلبرگر، 1999)، مقیاس همدلی اساسی (جولیف و فارینگتون، 2006) و خرده مقیاس بازداری مقیاس سیستمهای مغزی- رفتاری (کارور و وایت، 1994) استفاده شد. برای تحلیل دادهها نیز از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد خشم با همدلی رابطه مثبت و با بازداری رفتاری رابطه منفی دارد (0/01>p). همچنین بین همدلی و بازداری رفتاری با تصمیمگیری اخلاقی رابطه مثبت برقرار بود (0/05>p). بین خشم و تصمیمگیری اخلاقی رابطه مستقیم معناداری وجود نداشت (0/05<p)؛ اما اثر غیرمستقیم خشم بر تصمیمگیری اخلاقی بهواسطه همدلی و بازداری رفتاری معنیدار بود (0/05>p). مبتنی بر یافتهها استنباط میشود که همدلی و بازداری رفتاری در رابطه خشم و تصمیمگیری اخلاقی نقش واسطهای دارند و توجه به این عوامل میتواند بهمنظور ارتقای تصمیمگیری اخلاقی سودمند باشد. | ||
