چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف اصلی بررسی اثر سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی سبز بر فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی در ایران انجام شد. برای دستیابی به این هدف، از داده‌های مربوط به دوره زمانی 2008 تا 2022 ایران استفاده شد. از آنجایی که اطلاعات قابل دسترس و منتشر شده در زمینه کارآفرینی کمبود قابل توجهی داشتند، روش رگرسیون فازی به عنوان ابزار مناسب برای تحلیل داده‌ها و برآورد مدل تحقیق انتخاب شد. نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی سبز تأثیر منفی بر کارآفرینی در ایران برجای گذاشته است. علاوه بر این، داده‌های تحقیق بیانگر آن بودند که برخی عوامل همچون رشد تولید ناخالص داخلی، تمایل و انگیزه کارآفرینان، حمایت‌های دولتی، سیاست‌های کلان اقتصادی و پذیرش ریسک، اثرات مثبتی در تقویت کارآفرینی ایفا کرده‌اند. در مقابل، عواملی نظیر نرخ بالای مالیات، پیچیدگی‌های موجود در ساختارهای بروکراسی، و باز بودن بیش از اندازه بازار داخلی به عنوان موانعی تلقی شدند که تأثیر منفی بر رشد کارآفرینی برجای گذاشته‌اند. تأثیر منفی سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی سبز بر کارآفرینی را می‌توان به مجموعه‌ای از دلایل مهم نسبت داد. این دلایل شامل تصرف بخش قابل توجهی از ظرفیت بازار توسط سرمایه‌گذاران خارجی، افزایش شدت رقابت، و ایجاد موانع اضافی برای ورود کارآفرینان محلی به بازار می‌شوند. چنین شرایطی موجب کاهش انگیزه و محدود شدن فرصت‌های رشد برای کارآفرینان داخلی گردیده و در نهایت نقش بازدارنده‌ای در ارتقای فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی داشته است.
