| چکیده | ||
| ن وآوری در خدمات از جنبه های مهم ایجاد ارزش برای باشگاه های ورزشی است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی نقش مربیان در نوآوری خدمات باشگاه های ورزشی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی، با توجه به نتیجه تحقیق کاربردی و بر اساس هدف اکتشافی بود. بهمنظور گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از مصـاحبه های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد و برای تحلیل آن از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. جامعه تحقیق شامل تمامی مربیان رشـتههای ورزشـی انفرادی و تیمی استان کرمانشاه بودند. 17 مشارکتکننده که نماینده مربیان باشگاههای ورزشی استان کرمانشاه انتخاب شدند. مصـاحبهها بهصورت در دسترس و به شـیوه گلوله برفی با انجام شد که روند مصاحبهها تا رسـیدن به مرحله اشـباع نظری ادامه یافت. مصاحبهها بهصورت کلمه به کلمه پیادهسازی شد و با روش تحلیل مضمون با توجه به الگوی شش مرحلهای کدگذاری شد. برای بررسی پایایی کدگذاری از شاخص توافق بین کدگذاران و ضریب کاپای کوهن استفاده شد که 0.84 برآورد شد. برای اطمینان از روایی یافتهها، از روش بازبینی همتای پژوهشی استفاده شد. به همین منظور یکی از اعضای تیم پژوهش برای بررسی و تأیید دقت تفسیرهای بهدستآمده از مصاحبهها فرایند کدگذاری و روند مصاحبهها را مورد بررسی و تأیید قرار دادند. از مصاحبههای مربیان باشگاههای ورزشی تعداد 14 مضمون فرعی به دست آمد که در 3 مضمون اصلی شامل تسهیلکننده نوآوری مشترک، ایجاد توازن بین خلاقیت و محدودیت و ارتقا ارزش باشگاه از طریق خلاقیت قرار گرفتند. | ||
