چکیده | ||
این پژوهش به بررسی نقش اعتماد و ملاحظات فرهنگی در ارتقای پذیرش مشاوره روانشناسی ورزشی در میان دانشجویان ورزشکار میپردازد. با توجه به اهمیت سلامت روان در بهبود عملکرد ورزشکاران، هدف اصلی این تحقیق شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر نگرش مثبت یا منفی دانشجویان ورزشکار به خدمات مشاوره روانشناسی است. این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بوده و شامل 100 دانشجوی ورزشکار از شهر تهران است که با استفاده از پرسشنامههای استاندارد، اطلاعات لازم جمعآوری گردید. نتایج تحلیلهای آماری نشان میدهد که اعتماد به روانشناسان ورزشی بهطور معناداری بر نگرش دانشجویان ورزشکار تأثیر مثبت دارد و افزایش این اعتماد میتواند منجر به پذیرش بیشتر خدمات مشاوره روانشناسی ورزشی شود. یافتهها همچنین تأکید میکنند که ایجاد یک فضای حمایتی و افزایش آگاهی در مورد اهمیت مشاوره روانشناسی میتواند به بهبود سلامت روان و عملکرد ورزشی کمک کند. این نتایج پیشنهاد میکند که نهادهای ورزشی و آموزشی باید برنامههای آموزشی و اطلاعرسانی مناسبی در زمینه مشاوره روانشناسی ورزشی طراحی و اجرا کنند و ملاحظات فرهنگی را لحاظ نمایند. | ||
