چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی پروتکل رواندرمانی شناخت تنانگاره بر سبکهای هویتی و عزت نفس زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون همراه با گروه کنترل و مرحله پیگری 2 ماهه بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان 20 تا 40 ساله مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای زیبایی بدن در تهران در سال 1402 بود. در این پژوهش تعداد 30 نفر با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (15 نفر) و گروه کنترل (15 نفر) جایدهی شدند. گروه آزمایش طی 10 جلسه 60 دقیقهای پروتکل رواندرمانی شناخت تنانگاره را دریافت کردند، درحالیکه گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکردند. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای سبکهای هویت (برزونسکی، 1992) و مقیاس عزت نفس (روزنبرگ، 1965) بود. جهت تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر با استفاده از نرمافزار (SPSS-26) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که پروتکل رواندرمانی شناخت تنانگاره بر سبکهای هویتی (برای سبک اطلاعاتی (p < 0.01, F1.25 = 8/936)، سبک هنجاری (p < 0.01, F1.25 = 11.723) و سبک اجتنابی (p < 0.01, F1.25 = 11.602) و عزت نفس (p < 0.01, F1.27 = 13.289) زنان متقاضی جراحی زیبایی تأثیر معنادار دارد. براساس یافتههای پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش پروتکل رواندرمانی شناخت تنانگاره با بهرهگیری از فنونی همانند تقویت تصویر بدن، پرورش تجسم مثبت، تمرین مثبت بدن و پرورش مدیریت خود به عنوان یک روش کارآمد میتواند جهت بهبود سبکهای هویتی و ارتقای عزت نفس زنان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
