چکیده | ||
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه ذهنی سازی و سبکهای دلبستگی با مهارتهای اجتماعی نوجوانان با میانجیگری تنظیم هیجان صورت گرفت. طرح پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی نوجوانان دوره متوسطه اول شهرستان قم در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند که از میان آنها نمونهای به حجم 245 نفر (129 دختر و 116 پسر) به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شده و مقیاس تجدید نظر شده سبکهای دلبستگی (RAAS)، پرسشنامه کارکرد تأملی (RFQ)، چکلیست تنظیم هیجانی (ERC-S) و پرسشنامه مهارتهای اجتماعی نوجوانان (MESSY) را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ذهنی سازی (0/19=β) و سبک دلبستگی ایمن (0/13=β) به صورت مثبت و سبکهای دلبستگی ناایمن اجتنابی (0/08=β) و ناایمن دوسوگرا (0/12=β) بهطور منفی مهارتهای اجتماعی نوجوانان را پیشبینی میکنند (0/01>p)؛ همچنین نتایج حاکی از آن بود که ذهنی سازی و سبکهای دلبستگی بهصورت غیرمستقیم و بهواسطه تنظیم هیجان میتوانند مهارتهای اجتماعی نوجوانان را بهطور معنیدار پیشبینی کنند (0/05>p). بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش چنین استنباط میشود که تنظیم هیجان در رابطه ذهنی سازی و سبکهای دلبستگی با مهارتهای اجتماعی نوجوانان نقش میانجی دارد. بر این اساس میتوان انتظار داشت که با ارتقای ظرفیت ذهنی سازی، افزایش دلبستگی ایمن و کارآمدی فرآیندهای تنظیم هیجان، مهارتهای اجتماعی نوجوانان نیز بهبود یابد. | ||
