چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی و نگرانی از تصویر بدنی با نقش میانجی شرم از تصویر بدن و شفقت به خود بود. مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری کلیه دانشجویان دانشجویان دانشگاه کاشان در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند. حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل کلاین(2023) و با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس 320 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری دادههای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اعتیاد شبکههای اجتماعی (SNAS) گریفیث (2005)، سیاهه نگرانی از تصویر بدنی (BICI) لیتلتون و همکاران (2005)، مقیاس شفقت خود (SCS) نف (2003) و پرسشنامه شرم از تصویر بدن (BISS) دوارت و همکاران(2014) بود. تحلیل دادهها با ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نرم افزار تحلیل دادهها AMOS نسخه 28 بود. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی (0/33=β و 0/05=p) بر نگرانی از تصویر بدنی اثر مستقیم و معنادار دارد. در نهایت شرم از تصویر بدنی درونی(0/32=β و 0/006=p)، شرم از تصویر بدن برونی(0/72=β و 0/05>p) و شفقت به خود (0/31- =β و 0/05>p) دارای اثر مستقیم و معنادار بر نگرانی از تصویر بدنی بودند و توانستند در رابطه بین اعتیاد به شبکههای اجتماعی مجازی با نگرانی از تصویر بدنی نقش میانجی معنادار ایفا کنند. همچنین مدل نهایی پژوهش از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بود (0/032=RMSEA و 0/05>p) و 97 درصد نگرانی از تصویر بدنی تبیین میشود. میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که با توجه به نقش میانجی معنادار شرم از تصویر بدن و شفقت به خود، میتوان با به کارگیری مداخلات موثر همانند آموزش مدیریت استفاده از فضای مجازی، آموزش مبتنی بر شففت خود با هدف کاهش شرم از تصویر بدنی از بروز نگرانی از تصویر بدنی در دانشجویان پیشگیری کرد. | ||
