چکیده | ||
شیوع رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان، یک نگرانی جدی در حوزهی سلامت روان نوجوانان محسوب میشود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجیگری احساس تنهایی و نارضایتی از تصویر بدن در ارتباط با اعتیاد به رسانههای اجتماعی و رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان در نوجوانان دختر 12-19 ساله بود. روش پژوهش مقطعی و توصیفی/ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی دانشآموزان دختر شهر اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود که از این جامعه، 358نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه اعتیاد به رسانههای اجتماعی (برگن، 2016)، پرسشنامه آسیب عمدی به خود (گزاتز، 2001 )، پرسشنامه احساس تنهایی (راسل، 1998) و پرسشنامه نگرانی درباره تصویر بدنی (لیتلتون و همکاران ،2005) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با کمک نرم افزار AMOS نسخه 22 انجام شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان دادند که الگوی طراحی شده از بزارش مطلوب برخوردار بود. نتایج نشان داد رابطه بین اعتیاد به رسانههای اجتماعی و رفتار خودآسیبرسان معنیدار نبود. رابطه بین اعتیاد به رسانههای اجتماعی و رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان با میانجیگری احساس تنهایی و نارضایتی از تصویر بدن معنیدار بود. با تکیه بر نتایج این پژوهش میتوان بیان داشت که احساس تنهایی و نارضایتی از تصویر بدن دو متغیر میانجی هستند که میتوانند رابطه بین اعتیاد به رسانههای اجتماعی و رفتارهای خودآسیبرسان را تبیین کنند. این یافتهها میتواند به روانشناسان و متخصصان بهداشت روانی کمک کند تا برنامهها و مداخلات مناسبتری جهت پیشگیری و درمان نوجوانان با تاکید بر احساس تنهایی و نارضایتی از تصویر بدن ارائه دهند. | ||
