چکیده | ||
هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثربخشی ورزش صبحگاهی بر کیفیت خواب و هوش هیجانی مردان سالمند بود. روششناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی و میدانی با هدف کاربردی و جامعهای متشکل از افراد بالای 60 سال شرکت کننده در ورزش صبحگاهی شهرستان تبریز بودند، با روش غیرتصادفی در دسترس از میان آنها تعداد 54 نفر که به صورت مستمر در ورزش صبحگاهی شرکت داشتند به عنوان گروه تجربی و 52 نفر از افرادی که هیچگونه فعالیت ورزشی و صبحگاهی شرکت نداشتند به عنوان گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. روش نمونه برای سنجش هوش هیجانی از پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی شوت و میزان کیفیت خواب از پرسشنامه کیفیت خواب پترزبورگ استفاده شد. گروه تجربی به مدت سه ماه، سه روز در هفته به مدت 60 دقیقه در ورزش صبحگاهی شرکت کردند. از تحلیل واریانس مرکب برای بررسی تفاوت دو گروه در مرحله پیش و پس ازمون متغیرهای وابسته در سطح معناداری 05/0 و نرمافزار SPSS18 استفاده شد. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که در گروه تجربی ورزش صبحگاهی اثر مثبت معنیداری بر کیفیت ذهنی خواب، تاخیر به خواب رفتن، مدت زمان خواب، اختلالات خواب، استفاده از داروهای خوابآور، اختلات عملکرد روزانه و هوش هیجانی نسبت به گروه کنترل را نشان میدهد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتهها میتوان پذیرفت که احتمالا اثربخشی برنامههای ورزشی منظم صبحگاهی، در بهبود کیفیت خواب و هوش هیجانی سالمندان تاثیرگذار است. | ||
