چکیده | ||
فدراسیونهای ورزشی بهعنوان متولیان اصلی در رشد و توسعه رشتههای ورزشی باید متناسب با نیازهای محیط ورزش، خود را بهروزرسانی نمایند. این تحقیق با هدف بررسی ارتباط فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات و فرهنگ سازمانی بر سازمان هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی انجام شده است. این مطالعه از جمله مطالعات کمی و ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات آن پرسش-نامه بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق متشکل از رؤسا، کارشناسان و مسئولان فدراسیونهای ورزشی ایران بود. نتایج نشان داد که ICT، فرهنگ سازمانی و یادگیری سازمانی تأثیر معناداری بر سازمان هوشمند دارند. علاوه بر این رابطه فرهنگ سازمانی با سازمان هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی نیز معنادار گزارش شد، اما رابطه ICT با سازمان هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی معنادار نبود. در انتها با توجه به نتایج تحقیق میتوان چنین نتیجهگیری کرد که فدراسیونهای ورزشی نیز مانند سایر سازمانها به منظور رشد و ارتقای خدمات خود به جامعه باید عوامل مؤثر بر هوشمند سازی را در نظر بگیرند، ارتباطات درون و برون سازمانی را بهبود دهند و بر شکلگیری فرهنگ یادگیری سازمانی تأکید نمایند. | ||
