چکیده | ||
این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اثربخشی مداخله مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبتنگر بر خوشبینی تحصیلی، انعطافپذیری شناختی و تعلق به مدرسه در دانشآموزان دارای اهمال کاری تحصیلی انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی (با گروه آزمایش و گواه) با طرح سه مرحلهای (پیشآزمون - پسآزمون و پیگیری) و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی دانشآموزان شهر دزفول در سال 1402 بودند. حجم نمونه پژوهش شامل 30 دانشآموز تعللورز بود که در پرسشنامه تعللورزی سواری (1390) نمره بالاتر از 24 را کسب کرده بودند و با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب و با گمارش تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش (15 نفر) و گواه (15 نفر) جایدهی شدند. گروه آزمایش مداخله آموزشی مثبتنگر را طی 8 هفته در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای دریافت نمودند. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش شامل خوشبینی تحصیلی (شانن موران و همکاران، 2013)، انعطافپذیری شناختی (واندروال و دنیس 2010)، تعلق به مدرسه (بری، بنتی و وات، 2004) و تعللورزی (سواری، 1390) بود. دادهها با تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر، با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 22 و سطح معناداری 0/05 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافتهها نشان داد بین گروههای آزمایش و گواه از نظر خوشبینی تحصیلی، انعطافپذیری شناختی و تعلق به مدرسه تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت (0/001>p) و این تأثیر در مرحله پیگیری نیز پایدار بوده است. بر اساس یافتههای پژوهش میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که مداخله مبتنی بر روانشناسی مثبتنگر به عنوان یک روش کارا جهت بهبود خوشبینی تحصیلی، انعطافپذیری شناختی و تعلق به مدرسه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد . | ||
