چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچهنگر بر پریشانی روانشناختی و ناگویی هیجانی نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی، از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون با گروه گواه و دوره پیگیری دوماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری و عملی مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شرق تهران در فصل تابستان 1402 تشکیل دادند. در این پژوهش تعداد 36 نوجوان دختر مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری و عملی با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و با شیوه تصادفی در گروههای آزمایش و گواه جایدهی شدند (18 نوجوان در گروه آزمایش و 18 نوجوان در گروه گواه). نوجوانان دختر حاضر در گروه آزمایش درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچهنگر را طی ده هفته در ده جلسه 90 دقیقهای دریافت نمودند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه وسواسی- جبری مادزلی (MOCQ)، پرسشنامه پریشانی روانشناختی (PDQ) و پرسشنامه ناگویی هیجانی (AQ) استفاده شد. دادههای با تحلیل واریانس آمیخته و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS23 تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچهنگر بر پریشانی روانشناختی (0/0001>P؛ 0/61=Eta؛ 54/47=F) و ناگویی هیجانی (0/0001>P؛ 0/67=Eta؛ 68/09=F) نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی تأثیر معنادار دارد. در نتیجه درمان فراتشخیصی یکپارچهنگر با بهرهگیری از فنونی همانند بازشناسی هیجانهای اولیه و ثانویه، ردیابی تجارب هیجانی و پرهیز از اجتناب هیجانی و شناختی میتواند به عنوان یک روش کارآمد جهت کاهش پریشانی روانشناختی و ناگویی هیجانی نوجوانان دختر مبتلا به اختلال وسواس فکری- عملی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. | ||
