چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر آزمون مدل علّی پریشانی روانشناختی نوجوانان براساس آزاردیدگی دوران کودکی و ناگویی هیجانی با نقش میانجیگرانه کیفیت خواب بود. این مطالعه از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش انجام نیز توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه پژوهش تمام دانشآموزان دختر و پسر دوره دوم متوسطه شهر مشهد در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بودند که از بین آنها تعداد 352 نفر بهشکل دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای گردآوری اطلاعات نیز مقیاسهای آشفتگی روانشناختی (DASS؛ لاویبوند و لاویبوند، 1995)؛ ناگویی هیجانی (TAS؛ بگبی و همکاران، 1994)؛ پرسشنامه ترومای دوران کودکی (CTQ؛ برنستاین و همکاران، 2003) و شاخص کیفیت خواب (PSQI؛ بویس و همکاران، 1989) بود. برای توصیف یافتهها از میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و برای استنباط اطلاعات نیز از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری بهکمک نرمافزارهای SPSS-27 و AMOS-24 استفاده شد نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که این مدل پژوهشی از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار بوده و آزاردیدگی دوران کودکی و ناگویی هیجانی هم بهصورت مستقیم و هم بهصورت غیرمستقیم و از طریق میانجیگری کیفیت خواب بر پریشانی روانشناختی نوجوانان اثرگذار هستند. از این نتایج میتوان برای طراحی مداخلاتی با هدف پیشگیری از پریشانیهای روانشناختی استفاده نمود. | ||
