چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه انعطافپذیری شناختی و کیفیت روابط زناشویی با اضطراب بارداری در سه ماهه اول با میانجیگری سبک زندگی ارتقاءدهنده سلامت صورت گرفت. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. از جامعه زنان باردار شهر تبریز در دوره سه ماهه اول بارداری که در بیمارستان زنان الزهرا و کلینیک میلاد تبریز دارای پروندهی پزشکی بودند، به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند، 250 نفر انتخاب و جهت اندازهگیری متغیرها از پرسشنامههای اضطراب حاملگی (PRAQ)، انعطافپذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (۲۰۱۰)، سبک زندگی ارتقادهنده سلامت والکر و کیفیت زندگی زناشویی باسبی و همکاران (1995) استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. تحلیل دادهها نشان داد کیفیت روابط زناشویی، انعطافپذیری شناختی و سبک زندگی ارتقاءدهنده سلامت با اضطراب بارداری رابطه منفی و معنیدار دارند که در این میان، کیفیت روابط زناشویی 45 درصد، انعطافپذیری شناختی 38 درصد و سبک زندگی ارتقاءدهنده سلامت 37 درصد از تغییرات اضطراب بارداری را به طور منفی تعیین میکنند. از سویی، نتایج نشان داد سبک زندگی ارتقاءدهنده سلامت قادر است رابطه کیفیت روابط زناشویی و انعطافپذیری شناختی با اضطراب بارداری را بهطور معنیدار میانجیگری کند. مبتنی بر یافتهها میتوان نتیجه گرفت انعطافپذیری به عنوان یک توانمندی شناختی قادر است اثرات موقعیتهای سخت را تعدیل نماید و ازطرفی، کیفیت روابط زناشویی عامل مهم در کاهش اضطراب بوده و سبک زندگی ارتقاءدهنده سلامت قادر است به عنوان یک عامل حفاظتی در برابر اضطراب و فشارهای دوره بارداری عمل کند. | ||
