چکیده | ||
هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه رضایت از زندگی ، شادکامی و عزت نفس زنان ورزشکار هوازی و بی هوازی بود. این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ( علی _ مقایسه ای ) می باشد . جامعه آماری شامل تمام زنان ورزشکار شهر تبریز در بازه سنی 20 _ 65 سال به تعداد 3803 نفردر سال 1402 بودند . از این جامعه اماری نمونه ای به تعداد 349 نفر با استفاده از جدول مورگان و با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای انتخاب شدند . ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد عزت نفس کوپر اسمیت(1967) ، رضایت از زندگی داینر (1985) و شادکامی اکسفورد(1989) بود .نتایج ازمون تی مستقل نشان داد که بین عزت نفس ، شادکامی و رضایت از زندگی زنان ورزشکار هوازی و بی هوازی تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد به طوری که میزان شادکامی ، رضایت از زندگی و عزت نفس ورزشکاران زنی که ورزشهای هوازی را دنبال میکنند به مراتب بیشتر از ورزشکاران بی هوازی است بنابراین ورزش های هوازی در زنان افزایش سلامت روانشناختی انان را به دنبال دارد و لذا به زنان توصیه می گردد بسته به شرایط بدنی خود به طور مرتب ورزش های هوازی داشته باشند . | ||
