| باتوجهبه تأثیرات عمیق بحرانهای بهداشتی بر کیفیت زندگی و سلامت ساکنان، این تحقیق به شناسایی و تحلیل راهبردهای تحقق الگوی مسکن سالم در مواجهه با بیماریهای همهگیر آتی در منطقه سه شهر سنندج میپردازد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی و توسعه استراتژیهایی است که بتوانند به بهبود ویژگیهای مسکن و افزایش آمادگی برای بحرانهای بهداشتی کمک کنند. از نظر روششناسی، این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی، متکی بر روش آمیخته و از یک رویکرد توصیفی – تحلیلی در تجزیه و تحلیلها بهره میبرد. محدوده موردمطالعه این پژوهش منطقه سه شهر سنندج است؛ همچنین جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارشناسان حوزه برنامه-ریزی زمین و مسکن این منطقه تشکیل میدهد. نتایج این پژوهش بر لزوم شناسایی و پیادهسازی راهبردهای مؤثر برای تحقق الگوی مسکن سالم در مواجهه با بحرانهای بهداشتی آینده تأکید دارد. تحلیل SWOT و QSPM نشان داد که برای دستیابی الگوی مسکن سالم، لازم است راهبردهایی همچون برنامههای جامع و هماهنگ تدوین شده، سرمایهگذاری بخش خصوصی تشویق شود و سیستمهای نظارتی و آمادگی تصمیمگیران بهبود یابد. تقویت نقاط قوت، بهرهبرداری از فرصتها، و اصلاح نقاط ضعف و تهدیدها، بهویژه در زمینههای نظارتی و اجرایی، از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. اجرای راهبردهای پیشنهادی میتواند به بهبود کیفیت زندگی و سلامت جامعه کمک کرده و زمینهساز طراحی و ساخت مسکن مقاومتر برای مقابله با بیماریهای همهگیر آینده باشد. این راهبردها با ارتقای شفافیت و کارایی در فرایندهای تصمیمگیری و افزایش اعتماد عمومی به سیستمهای نظارتی، به موفقیت در دستیابی به اهداف توسعهای و استراتژیک در حوزه مسکن کمک خواهند کرد. | ||
