چکیده | ||
هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه ساختاری باورهای شناختی- وسواسی با نشانههای اختلال وسواسی–جبری بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. از جامعه دانشجویان دانشگاه تبریز تعداد 315 نفر به شیوه تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب و به پرسشنامه باورهای وسواسی (OCCWG) و پرسشنامه بازنگری شده وسواسی– اجباری (OCI-R) فوآ و همکاران پاسخ دادند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد 1) اثر احساس مسئولیت بیش از حد بر علایم وسواس وارسی (0/25) و وسواس فکری (0/27) معنیدار است. 2) اثر ارزیابی بیش از حد خطر بر علایم وسواس وارسی (0/32) و وسواس فکری (0/13) معنیدار است. 3) اثر ناتوانی در تحمل شرایط ابهام بر علائم وسواس وارسی (0/12) معنیدار است. 4) اثر اهمیت افکار بر علائم وسواس وارسی (0/18) و وسواس فکری (0/32) معنیدار است. 5) اثرکنترل افکار بر علائم وسواس فکری و وسواس تقارن/نظم معنیدار است (0/05>p). این یافتهها تلویحات عملی در مداخلات بالینی دارد که مورد بحث واقع شدهاند. | ||
