چکیده | ||
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی رفتار معلم و رفتار دانشآموز براساس متغیرهای میانجی انگیزه یادگیری و کمرویی میپردازد. مطالعه حاضر با روش توصیفی - همبستگی انجام شد. 192 نفر از دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه دوم موردمطالعه قرار گرفتند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده گردید. برای اندازهگیری و سنجش مؤلفه رفتار معلم از 5 سؤال؛ رفتار دانشآموز با 4 سؤال و انگیزه یادگیری با 4 سؤال برگرفته از لی و همکاران (2021) با اصلاحاتی در سؤالات توسط محققین استفاده گردید. علاوه بر این برای بررسی مؤلفه کمرویی از 5 سؤال محقق ساخته استفادهشده است. از مدل معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی برای بررسی فرضیات مدل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد رفتار معلم بر انگیزه یادگیری؛ کمرویی و رفتار دانشآموز اثر معنیداری داشت (05/0>P). انگیزه یادگیری نیز اثر معنیداری بر رفتار دانشآموز داشت (05/0>P)؛ کمرویی اثر معناداری در رفتار دانشآموز نداشت (05/0<P). هرچند مقدار ضریب تی 83/1 برای این مسیر حاکی از این بود که کمرویی متغیری مؤثر و قابلبررسی در رفتار دانشآموز است. بهطورکلی رفتار معلمان ورزش میتواند تأثیری در رفتار دانشآموزان داشته باشد و این موارد نشان میدهد که انجام مسئولیتهای معلمان در قرارداد روانی باید تقویت شود. | ||
