چکیده | ||
شناخت عوامل اثرگذار در کارایی و بهینهسازی درس تربیتبدنی از معلمان مـیتوانـد بـه بهبـود برنامهریزی، اجرا و ارزشیابی این درس کمک شایانی نماید.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر ویژگیهای شغلی و احساس خود سودمندی بر کارایی معلمین تربیت بدنی شهر تبریز بود. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی است که به صورت پیمایشی انجام شد.. حجم جامعه مورد بررسی با استعلام از اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان آذربایجانشرقی 27722 نفر بوده و حجم نمونه 384 نفر از این جامعه بود و در نهایت 286 پرسشنامه به صورت کامل و بیعیب و نقص مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. بهمنظور مطالعه و بررسی اهداف پژوهش از چهار پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه خودسودمندی معلمین توسط فلتز و همکاران تهیه شده است و برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در سطح آمار توصیفی از جداول و نمودارهای فراوانی و درصد فراوانی، میانگین و انحراف استاندارد و در سطح آمار استنباطی از آزمونهای کولموگروف اسمیرنف برای تعیین نرمال بودن توزیع دادهها و آزمونهای تی تک نمونهای، همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری برای آزمون فرضیات تحقیق با استفاده از بسته آماری SPSS ورژن 24 و اسمارت پی آل اس ورژن 3 استفاده شد. | ||
