| چکیده | ||
| امروزه آزمون هایی که برای اندازه گیری حجم نفوذ و تخمین مشخصات مکانیکی بتن ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند، دارای قابلیت های اندکی می باشند. لذا روش هایی که بتواند با آسیب اندک، مقدار مقاومت فشاری و نفوذپذیری بتن را به صورت مستقیم اندازه گیری یا ارزیابی نماید مورد نیاز می باشد. همچنین میبایست تأثیر شرایط حاد محیطی بر مصالح جدیدی که امروزه برای کاهش نفوذپذیری بتن به وفور در ایران استفاده می گردد، مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. برای اندازه گیری نفوذپذیری و عمق نفوذ آب در بتن طبق استانداردهای BS-EN-12390-8 و DIN-1048-5، لازم به شکستن نمونه می باشد. لذا در این تحقیق از روش های نوین محفظه استوانه ای و انتقال اصطکاک به ترتیب جهت اندازه گیری عمق نفوذ آب و ارزیابی مقاومت فشاری بتن استفاده شده است. از مــزیت های روش های فــوق، عـدم نیاز به شکستن بتن می باشد. مواد افزودنی استفاده شــده در بتن ها عبارتنـد از میکروسیلیس الیاف دار (Fiber Reinforced Microsilica) و میکروسیلیس که در ایران به وفور مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. بتن هایی با مقاومت 15، 20، 25، 30، 35، 40، 45 و 50 مگاپاسکال استفاده گردید که تعدادی از آنها تحت شرایط یخ و ذوب با تعداد چرخه های 0، 50، 100 و 150 سیکل ارزیابی گردیدند. نتایج حاصله بیانگر این می باشد که با استفاده از معادلات خطی با ضریب همبستگی مناسب، میتوان مقدار عمق نفوذ آب در بتن و مقدار مقاومت فشاری بتن را بدون نیاز به شکستن نمونه اندازه گیری و ارزیابی نمود. افزودن میکروسیلیس الیاف دار نیز باعث کاهش مقدار نفوذ آب در بتن به مقدار حدود 50 درصد گردیده است. همچنین تأثیرات چرخه های یخزدن و ذوب شدن با گذشت زمان بر نفوذپذیری کاهش یافته است به گونه ای که 70 درصد از افزایش آب نفوذ کرده در بتن در 50 سیکل ابتدایی رخ داده است. در انتها برای صحت سنجی آزمون انتقال اصطکاک، از مدلسازی عددی استفاده شده است. | ||
